① Teenage Blues (①ティーネイジ ブルース) is Ogawa Mana's first solo album. It was released on July 21, 2010, in two versions: one regular and one limited, with the limited including an additional DVD. "Genki ni Nare! (Album Version)" is a re-recorded and re-arranged version of the original song which was used for the anime Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou. "MAP ~Mirai no Chizu~" was used as the ending theme song for the 2010 film COACH ~40sai no Figure Skater~.
